1. How to Request Deletion

Use whichever is easiest for you:

• This page: fill in the form below with the email address on your account.
• In the app or on the website: open Profile and choose Delete Account, which brings you to this same form.
• By email: write to info@saiastrofuture.com from your registered address with the subject “Delete my account”.

2. What Gets Deleted

Once you confirm, we permanently erase:

• Your name, email address, phone number and profile photo
• Your login credentials, and any Google or Apple sign-in link
• Birth details you gave us for readings — date, time and place of birth
• Saved addresses, cart and wishlist
• Your horoscope, consultation and appointment history, including astrologer notes
• Access to purchased e-books, courses and other digital products
• Your remaining credit balance and wallet account
• Newsletter and marketing preferences, and any support messages you sent us
• Device tokens and active sessions on all your devices

3. What We Keep, and For How Long

Indian law does not let us erase everything. The following is kept in an anonymised form, unlinked from your name and contact details, and is never used to contact or profile you:

• Invoices, payment and tax records — retained for 7 years, as required by the Income Tax Act and GST rules.
• Refund and chargeback records — retained for as long as the payment provider or card network may raise a dispute.
• Records needed for fraud prevention or an ongoing legal claim — retained only for as long as that purpose lasts.

Purchases you made through Google Play or the App Store are also recorded by Google and Apple under their own policies. Deleting your account here does not delete those records, and does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in the Play Store or App Store first.

4. How Long It Takes

• You submit the form and receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.
• You click the confirmation link — valid for 24 hours.
• We erase your account and personal data within 7 days of that confirmation, and email you once it is done. Backup copies are overwritten within 30 days.

5. Before You Delete

• Download anything you want to keep from My Library first.
• If you have unused credits or a recent purchase you want refunded, raise that before deleting — see our Refund Policy.
• Cancel any active subscription in Google Play or the App Store.
• If you only want fewer emails, you can unsubscribe instead of closing your account.

6. Request Deletion

Enter the email address on your account. We will send a confirmation link to that address — nothing is deleted until you click it.

7. Need Help?

If you cannot access your registered email address, or your request has not been completed within 7 days, contact us and we will handle it manually:
