The lineof head or Mentalitystarts from the beginning of the life line and slopes slightly between the mount of lower Mars and Moon. It is the most important line in the whole palm and represents the central nervous system. It determines the characteristics and mentality of the person and also the quality of thinking and actions.

Totally dependent on the curve inclination which is towards the mount of Moon/Luna, the imagination is more when the curve is greater and also imagination becomes prominent. The imagination is good if the curve is slightly straight at the beginning and it also tells the honesty of the person.

If the Head line and Life line have no joint and there is a gap in between, then the person is more careless, and does things which play in his mind. If there is any lines in between the gap, the person is bound to be indecisive.

If the end of the head line is divided into two parts, one going towards the Mount of Moon and other towards the mount of Mars, then the native maintains his practical personality and imagination thoughts  very well, and have totally balanced use of attitudes. Person is also able to be a successful businessman.

If the end of the head line is divided into three parts, one going towards the Mount of Moon and the second towards the mount of Mars and the third towards the Mercury, then the native is going to be very tough to judge and possesses high mental state of mind.

If the Head line is defective in both the palms, it is sure indication of head injuries. If the Head line is having chain then decision will not come in his way.

The heart line starts from under the mount of Mercury(little finger) and to the mount of Jupiter. The Heart line is related to sentiments, emotion, attitude towards love, attraction, sexual matters and condition of heart organ health. The Heart line reveals more responsibility.

The ideal Heart line is deep in colour, well traced. It should neither be so long nor too short. A short Heart line indicates less weak emotions, selfishness and heart may not function properly.

If the line starts from the mount of Jupiter, the person will possess more name and fame, will give less importance to worldly objects and search for peaceful life.

If the line starts from the mount of Saturn, the person will have weak emotions and sympathy and it is not a favourable sign.One willindulge in worldly objects searching for physical pleasure, will be more sensual than true affectionate. If the line starts from the mount of Saturn and the mount of Jupiter, one does not respondtoone’s love.

If the line is chained or broken, it reveals lack of response or affection, sympathy. A Heart line with an island, especially under the mount of Sun and Mercury, shows a tendency towards eye and heart problems and emotional sadness in love and friendship.

A break on the Heart line is always unfavourable. It refers to health defects because the current flowing through the Heart line suffers a short circuit. But overlapping break will recover the trouble. Break under the mount of Mercury will cause greed in money matters.

Fate line starts from the wrist and goes vertically upwards upto the mount of Saturn crossing the Heart line. Fate line is also called Line of Destiny or line of Wealth. It is called line of Saturn because it goes to the mount of Saturn. It is incomplete if it does not reach the Saturn mount. The Fate line originates from the wrist, the mount of the Moon and the life line.

The Fate line indicates the future of the person, denotes how much wealth native will possess and the chances of business development.

If the Fate line is originating from the mount of Venus, the life and the career of the native will be influenced by the family members strongly.

When the Fate line emerges from the wrist and goes straight without any break to the mount of Saturn then success and very good fortune is bound to be experienced provided the mount of Sun must be prominent.

When the Fate line is originating from the mount of Moon, the native will experience a sudden and unaccountable change of mood or behaviour, happy married life, success deals largely with the public. This type of person will get plenty of help from opposite sex and this type of Fate line is found on the hands of politicians, astrologers etc.

If the Fate line starts from the heart line, then it means that success will come to the person very late in life probably after the 36 years of age.

All rising branches of the Fate line are always favourable. A double fate line gives strength, if both the Fate lines are well developed. It helps in career respect, refers dual responsibilities in native’s life.

If the Fate line is having island, then the person will have extramarital affair provided the mount of Venus, the marriage line, is prominent.

The Health line: It is a line which starts at the base of the Life line and goes up across the palm towards the mount of Mercury. It gives illness and poor health. If this line touches the Life line, that date will be date of death of the native.

The Health line also called Hepatica line and is related with the brain, the mind and the nervous system. If the Health line does not touch the Life line and is straight to wrist then the person will be less prone to illness, and can take up the challenges for his own health.

This line determines the disease of the internal organs. If it is irregular, or if there is break in the line, then the person is going to get liver problem, high cholesterol, kidney problem after middle age. Colour also determines the illness, if it is reddish then rheumatic fever and if yellowish then liver ailments.

Marriage line are indicated at the edge of the small finger, in between the mount of Mercury and the Heart line, as very short marks almost on the very side of the hand and runs parallel to Heart line. Only lines with proper clarity and short one refer to deep affection. Marriage lines are also called lines of sexuality or lines of Affection.

When the Marriage lines are deep clear, well developed and close to the heart line, marriage will take place early for the native, happy married life, but other indications of palm is in favour and sexuality strive early in the childhood. But, whenthe Marriage line is near tothe little finger, the sexual pleasure is attained after the age 32 or more. Late and early marriage are examined not only by the Marriage line indication, but also depends on the mount of Jupiter and Saturn.

If there are two Marriage lines, one near the Heart line and other near the little finger, it means that sexuality will be from adolescence and will be even after the middle age.

If the Marriage line bend towards the Heart line, it directs poor health of wife/husband and if the Marriage line cuts the Heart line, the death of the partner at first is possible and if not then sure sign of divorce.

If the Marriage line is curving upward towards the little finger, the spouse will leave the other or marriage will be after long struggle.

If the Heart line is broken, chained, island formed, it will cause harm to the married life. Many Marriage lines denote extramarital affair before and may be after marriage depending on the nature of the palm.

If there is fork at the end of the Marriage line, it indicates the split between the two or even divorce. It is always unfavourable for the married life and end up the relation. The relationship ends totally because of the partner’s fork line.

Island on the marriage line shows delay in marriage or problem before marriage. An island at the end of the Marriage line is not good, it gives distress in married life. It also tends to divorce after long sorrow.

Moles and black spots are unfavourable, if these marks are found on the palm of a woman, marriage will not be good, husband will fall ill and will die.

A cross on the mount of Jupiter indicates happy married life The mount of Mars is also an important factor which needs to be considered for good relations and love affairs.
